Cinema Etoile® provides this website and various related services to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Online Store Terms

Registration & Accounts

You may browse the website without registering for an account. However, to purchase products, access certain features or services on our store, you will need to register and create an account.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority where you reside, to use our Services. Use by minors is not allowed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Cinema Etoile® of any unauthorized use of your account.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay all charges owed for any orders you place through the store, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties and other charges.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even after an order has been submitted.
Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfers.
Your payment information is processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store full payment details.
Orders will require verification and authorization before shipment. If authorization fails, the order may be cancelled.

Purchases, Shipping & Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your purchase as soon as possible, in line with the shipping option you select.
Shipping timeframes listed are estimates only and depend on order verification, warehouse processing, and transit times. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
For U.S. orders, standard shipping is free on orders over $100. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options.
Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete an order.
We currently only ship products within the United States. We do not ship to P.O boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
You will receive an order confirmation email with details and tracking number once your order has shipped.
We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen shipping issues outside of our control. If an item is significantly delayed, we will notify you and you may request a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Redelivery charges may apply if no one is available.
You should inspect packages upon delivery and indicate any damages or shortages on the carrier’s delivery record before acceptance.

You agree that your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law and the requirements below.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to our Copyright Agent providing the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property alleged to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our website or services.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a claim of copyright infringement, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. The counter-notice should contain the following information:

Your contact information including full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled access to and the location where it previously appeared on the services.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal Court in the district where you live (if you are in the U.S.), or your consent to the jurisdiction of a Federal Court in the district where your service provider is located (if you are not located in the U.S.).
Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of copyright infringement. We may also send a copy to a third-party intermediary.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate usage rights of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights upon receipt of proper notice.

7. Applicable Law and Venue

To the extent permitted by law, and with the exception of Section 6 above, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regards to its conflicts of laws principles. The preceding does not apply to European Union consumers attempting to resolve disputes with Cinema Etoile®. Per European Commission rules, you may be entitled to initiate disputes directly on the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the website and services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these Terms on our website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are expected to regularly review the most up-to-date version of the Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the website and services immediately. 13. Force Majeure

Cinema Etoile® shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, firewalls, communication or network failures, utilities failure, equipment failure, power outages, earthquakes, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

15. Effective Date

16. Agreement to Be Bound
